The Bottle Cap Challenge is an internet phenomenon that appeared mid-2019. People publish videos on Social Media in which the screw-cap of a bottle is opened with their feet doing a Roundhouse-Kick. Now Rock 'n' Roll Acrobats have taken on the challenge. Can you?

Mainly on  Instagram people share their version of the Bottle Cap Challenge. The  AcroRock Dance School 

from Coventry, UK, kicked-off (haha) the acrobatic version of the challenge and some have followed suit.



If you got inspired take your dancepartner, choose your favourite rotation, take a video of you two unscrew the cap and post it on  Instagram. If you tag your @rocknswingdance Portal in your feed or story on  Instagram we shall make sure to repost your content. What are you waiting for?
