In a weekend-long event in the swiss city Geneva the Acrobatic Rock 'n' Roll and Boogie Woogie couples and formations chose their World Champions. Darina Kozlova & Alexey Kondrashin for the Main Class Free Style couples and the Rock Comets for the Main Class Formations took the Acrorock titles back home to the Russian Federation. Ukrainian team Rock-n-roll legends become the new World Champions among the Boogie Woogie formations. Emma Söderlund & Tobias Ramberg from Sweden win the World Cup in the Boogie Woogie Junior category and Tatiana Georgiievska & Sondre Olsen-Bye among the Main Class couples. On saturday in the 28-participants strong Main Class Free Style category, only german couple Michelle Uhl & Tobias Bludau could take away a podium place from Team Russia. With a tiny 0.19 points margin behind Vice-World Champions Margarita Charkovskaya & Ivan Kudryashov, Uhl/Bludau won the Bronze medal before Anastasia Gusarova & Konstantin Samoylov on the 4th place. Vanessa Gottschall & Christian Lehr (Germany), Nicolas Kuran-Pellegatta & Noëmi Kuran-Pellegatta (Switzerland) and Mélitine Poulios-Burel & Nicolas Thevenon (France) complete the Main Class Free Style final on places 5 to 7.
Among the Boogie Woogie Juniors, Carla Matarazzo & Tom Michel from France place themselve before swedish couple Sofia Ärleskog & Oscar Agren, who fill up the podium on the 2nd and 3rd place next to the winners Söderlund/Ramberg. For the Main Class couples Georgiievska/Olsen-Bye welcome Stacy Aurel & Ludovic Chanton (France) as well as Anna Tyutyunyuk & Masi Saurén (Finland) to their left and right on the Silver and Bronze spots.

By earning the Vice-World Champion title, swiss formation Movi-Mento Acrobatico made themselves the biggest gift. They place between the russian teams Rock Comets (Gold) and Fenix (Bronze). The german formation Rock 'n' Roll Dream Team on the 4th place separates the remaining russian finalists Strategic Brilliant, Flash Royal, and Prentice from their national team members.
