No surprises at the World Games Wroclaw / Poland. Local heroes  Miadzielec/Tarczylo go for gold for the second time in a row before  Osnovina/Chistikov from Russia (Silver) and  Uhl/Bludau from Germany (Bronze).

The World Games are often called the "Olympic Games of the Non-Olympic sport forms", enhancing the value of this competition. For this tournament there was a "one country - one couple" limitation, i.e. only the best couple per country was allowed to participate.

This included couples from Senegal, India, Peru and Australia, orginating from the WRRV Expansion Program. Unfortunately the Australians had to finish early owing to an injury in the acrobatic round.

The results from the preliminaries largely reflect the final results. Special congratulations go to  Anna Miadzielec & Jacek Tarczylo from Poland, who win the World Games for the second time in a row with following a spectacular performance.
