You must not pretend you can continue as if nothing happened. Currently holding competitions in Russia and continuing with 'business as usual' is a slap in the face for your ukrainian friends, all of whom you've been on stage with. You all know some of the ukrainian people who are fighting in, dying in or fleeing from Ukraine personally - forced on them by your leaders.

Therefore, simply opposing the actions of your government is not sufficient for your friends in Ukraine. Go to the streets. Don't be quiet. Speak out. Share information about the ongoing invasion of russian forces and the war crimes being committed by them. You, the people of Russia have the power to stop this war.
